What's is the"IN" thing now?

Well, recently, I realised that the people around me have been really focused on one common issue, fitness.

After all, health is wealth, and you can always earn more money, but if you lose your health, that's it.

That's why one of my aims of this year is to make fitness a lifestyle. Too long have I indulged on late suppers, and mindless eating. Now is the time to look and feel good.

My baby, Yuzhen and Irene have joined Amore, an all-female fitness centre that includes gym and fitness classes(aerobics, etc)

My collegue, Jennifer is joining us in our weekly run on Mon and Thurs.

My sis has been doing tennis, and recently, some water sports.

Rayvin has been working out at the gym, and has some nice looking arms right now.

President Obama runs and gyms every morning. Fitness and success are related I tell you.

I got a ipod armband for running during the xmas season last year.

All these signs are too loud and too clear.

Keep fit. Run for your life.

I must seriously find time to do something about this.

Resolutions

1) Spend more time with my baby
Cook, movie, shop, beach, supper.
2) Health
Make running a lifestyle. 3 times a week.
3) Intellect
Get the Java Developer certification from Sun Microsystems.
4) Spiritual
Pray more. Finish 5 christian books.
5) Appearance
Buy new clothes regularly every month.

Happy new year to all! Wow wow wow, had a great time at Clara's house on New Year's Eve. w416 and N425 combined CG Appreciation Special! Spent some time together with my dear members and friends, reliving those memories of 2008! Really want to appreciate each of them for their dedication, friendship and love throughout the year. Despite all the ups and downs, we ended the year with a BANG! We had steamboat... which we have no pictures yet... but we do have lots of pictures for "Wii are friends 2"

It was a messy game of wii, with some people cheating.... Of course, there is only room for one winning team.... Congrats!!! Who says girls can't play computer games. They were so good...

We also had time appreciate every single one, and also to give out some mini-awards to certain invdiviuals!

By then, for those who could stay, its time to count down to 2009...
4...3...2...1.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! May your year be filled with light and glory this year!
